Support Persons Operating Overwhelmed Needing Support (SPOONS)
Caring for a loved one can be meaningful – but it can also be exhausting, emotional, and overwhelming. Our caregiver support group is a safe, supportive space where caregivers can connect, share, and find encouragement.
Who is this for: family caregivers, spouses, parents, adult children, anyone caring for a loved one.
What do we offer: judgment – free space to share experiences, emotional support from others who understand, coping strategies, resources, and most important encouragement, Hope and connection.
What to expect: confidential and respectful conversations, guided discussions and open sharing, support from peers – you are not alone.
Date: the 1st Thursday of each month
Time: 2 PM
Location: The Solution Center – SICIL – Door 4

Format: Water and snack will be provided. Small devotional or lesson (10-15 minutes). Small group talks (15-20 minutes). Large group talk (15-20 minutes).
